File a Claim Online
The January 15, 2008 deadline for filing claims under the Settlement has passed. The Claim Forms are now being reviewed and validated to determine the benefit class members may be awarded under the Settlement. If you would like further information about your claim, you may mail your request for information to the Administrator. However, please note that the Settlement Administrator will not be able to inform you whether your claim has been approved or denied until all processing is complete. If you filed a claim, the Settlement Administrator will notify you by mail to inform you whether your claim has been approved or denied once processing is complete. You should not expect to hear from the Settlement Administrator before this spring. If your address has changed since you filed your Claim Form, please send notice of your change of address to the Settlement Administrator.

La fecha límite del 15 de enero de 2008 para presentar los formularios de reclamación ha pasado. Las reclamaciones serán revisados para determinar cuales reclamaciones cumplen con los requisitos para compensación.
